Fee includes course manual, breakfast on 10/25 & 10/26, lunch 10/26, and the ASES Welcome Reception Saturday evening 10/24.

Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you must cancel your registration, your request must be received on or before October 12, 2009 to receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled after October 12, 2009 will receive a 50% refund.

Saturday 10/24:

8:00am - 5:00pm
Optional ASES International Symposium on Shoulder and Elbow Arthroscopy. Separate registration required through ASES.

5:00pm - 6:30pm
Opening cocktail reception with ASES

We have a group attending the 8:00pm performance of Wicked on Broadway at the Gershwin Theatre. Although the deadline to be included in group tickets has past, we would welcome any members who wish to join us on their own. Tickets can be purchased by following the above links. New York Marriott Marquis -Members are encouraged to consider the New York Marriott Marquis for lodging as ASSET is partially financially responsible for our unused black of rooms as of September 29th. Please make your reservations early as our group space is limited for this reason. Our Group Rate is $349/night for choice of 1 King or 2 Double beds available until September 29th.
