Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you must cancel your registration, your request must be received on or before October 1, 2011 to receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled after October 1, 2011 will receive a 50% refund.

Greenbrier Resort -Members are encouraged to consider the Greenbrier for lodging as ASSET is partially financially responsible for our unused black of rooms as of August 28th. Please make your reservations early as our group space is limited for this reason. Our Group Rate of $289/night is available until August 28th.
